About Bart
Born back in 1986, Bart was never really the kid who drew on everything as soon as he could hold a pencil. His passion for drawing and designing came later on when he started helping out bands with their artwork and making flyers for gigs in the Rotterdam area. Over time, more and more people started asking Bart for his designs.
Besides his interest in graphic design, Bart also had a big interest in internet related Multimedia. So after finishing highschool he started his bachelor study 'Graphic Mediadesign' in Rotterdam.
Although he really enjoyed developing webapplications, his interest in graphic design and illustration only grew bigger. So after graduating as a Multimedia Bachelor in 2007 Bart was going to focus more on his graphic design and illustration activities.
In the beginning of 2009 Bart won the design your own label contest organised by FreshCotton with his t-shirt series called 'Hulde aan de Gulden'.
